Block users

Block a user

If you want to stop receiving messages and calls from a specific user, you can block them. Blocked users will not be able to send you messages or call you.

To block a user:

  1. Open the chat with the user you want to block.
  2. Tap on the user’s name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Block.
  4. Confirm the action.

After blocking, the user will no longer be able to contact you.

View blocked users

To see the list of all blocked users:

  1. Open Settings in Verum Messenger.
  2. Tap “Blocked Users”.
  3. The list of all blocked users will be displayed.

Unblock a user

If you want to allow a previously blocked user to contact you again:

  1. Open Settings in Verum Messenger.
  2. Tap “Blocked Users”.
  3. Swipe left on the user’s name.
  4. Tap Delete to unblock.

After unblocking, the user will be able to send you messages and calls again.

Unblock all users

To unblock all users at once:

  1. Open Settings in Verum Messenger.
  2. Tap “Blocked Users”.
  3. Tap the trash icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Confirm the action.

Blocked users cannot call or send messages to you. They will not receive any notification that they have been blocked.
