About Verum Finance

Verum Finance is an in-app service in Verum Messenger for using bank cards, making crypto payments, and trading gold (Verum Gold).

How to open Verum Finance

  • On the home screen, select Verum Finance (the service icon).
  • You will then see available assets/cards and the available actions for each of them.

What you can do in Verum Finance

  • Top up with bank cards and manage your supported accounts/cards.
  • Make crypto payments (including USDT operations in-app and to external wallets).
  • Trade Verum Gold — swap between gold and USD/USDT.
  • View transaction history and filter it by type.
  • (If supported in your wallet) Transfer to other users by Verum ID.

1) Deposit (Top up)

Balance deposit (Balance Deposit)

  1. Open Balance Deposit (or tap Top up balance, depending on the context).
  2. Choose a top up method:
    • Bank Card (top up with a bank card)
    • USDT (BEP20) / Pay with USDT (if available in the interface)
  3. Enter the top up amount, verify the final calculation, and confirm the payment.
  4. Wait for the deposit to complete — after a successful payment, your balance will update.

Top up USDT (Top Up USDT)

  1. Open the USDT card.
  2. Tap Top Up USDT.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay for the top up.

Top up card (Top Up Card)

  1. Open the bank card (if available in the interface).
  2. Tap Top Up Card.
  3. Enter the amount and complete the top up following the app instructions.

Verum Pay (Pay with USDT)

If the Pay with USDT option is available during top up, you will be shown a destination address and the amount to pay. Send the funds using the provided details and wait for the balance to update in the app.

2) Swaps / exchange

Swap USD ↔ USDT

  1. Open Swap (for the USDT card context).
  2. In the Swap Balances window, select:
    • the “from” asset (USD / main balance or USDT)
    • the “to” asset (USD or USDT)
  3. Enter the swap amount.
  4. Confirm the operation.

After completion, you will see the result in the corresponding balances.

Exchange with Verum Gold

  1. To use gold, tap Buy Verum Gold.
  2. In the Swap Balances window, choose the “from” and “to” assets (including Verum Gold).
  3. Enter the swap amount and confirm the operation.

3) Crypto and gold: activation

If the crypto balance card or the gold card is not activated yet, you will see the available actions:

  • Activate crypto balance
  • Activate gold balance

After activation, the corresponding operations become available (swap and/or withdraw/deposit — depending on the card).

4) USDT withdrawal (USDT Withdrawal)

  1. Open the USDT card.
  2. Tap Withdraw.
  3. Enter:
    • the withdrawal amount
    • the recipient wallet address
    • the withdrawal network (BEP20 or TRC20)
  4. Double-check the data and tap Continue to confirm.

Important: carefully verify the address and the selected network. After sending, operations usually cannot be cancelled.

5) Transfers by Verum ID (Transfer)

  1. Tap Transfer.
  2. Choose a recipient:
    • from contacts or via search
    • recipient is identified by Verum ID
  3. Enter the transfer amount.
  4. Check the commission shown in the interface and confirm the transfer.

6) Transaction history (Transactions)

Open Transactions.

Use filters:

  • All — all operations
  • Incoming — deposits/credits
  • Outgoing — withdrawals/debits
  • Verum Gold — operations related to Verum Gold

Depending on the context (for example, opening from the USDT card), separate history categories may be shown.

Useful tips

  • Before confirming a swap or withdrawal, double-check which asset you send and which asset you receive.
  • For USDT withdrawals, always verify the address and the network. Mistakes in these fields can lead to a loss of funds.
  • If an operation does not complete immediately, wait for the status update and try again if needed.
